Sliding Fee Program

For Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care patients who are uninsured and who meet certain income requirements, our sliding fee program is here to help!

Sliding fee pricing is available at the clinic and is based on household/family size and current federal income guidelines (see the graph below for more information).

  • For individuals/ families who fall in the 200% category, we offer a 50% discount off our published cash prices

  • For those in the 400% range, we offer a 30% discount off our published cash prices

To Apply:

  2. Send us a message requesting a Sliding Fee Program Scholarship for the current calendar year, include the names of any patients in the family for whom you are applying and the total number of people in your household

  3. Attach a copy of your most recent tax return (include return information for all adults in the household)

If you prefer, you are welcome to bring the same documentation to the clinic in person.

Please note: Sliding fee scholarships are offered on a year to year basis, and expire at the end of each calendar year.  We encourage you to re-apply at the end of the year by sending us another message with a copy of your most recent tax return and any noted changes on household size.
