Scheduling & Preparing for Your Visits

PLEASE NOTE: per licensure limitations, we can only accept patients who reside in the state of Washington. Dr. Taylor can also see patients who reside in the state of Oregon and/or California, but this is the only exception. If you are looking to schedule an out-of-state consultation with Dr. Taylor, please visit her website here for additional details prior to scheduling a visit.

We are in network with the following insurance plans: Regence, Premera, Lifewise, and First Choice. Read more about insurance and fees here.

TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

EXISTING Patients

  • Please log into your ChARM account and use the “Request an Appointment” feature to schedule

NEW Patients

  • Please request an appointment BELOW by choosing the correct doctor and appointment type. If you do not see the appropriate appointment type, please hover your mouse over the options and scroll.

  • Once your appointment is approved, you will receive an invitation to set up your online patient account via ChARM which will include instructions on how to complete any necessary patient paperwork.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Please fill out all paperwork prior to your appointment. You will receive an email notification to fill out these documents via our online charting system which is called ChARM.

  • Free parking can be found on California Ave (stairs required here) or in the alley behind the building (no stairs, accessible parking available). There is also ample free parking on Brandon street and you can access the building from the alley.

    **Cancellation Policy: Neighborhood Naturopathic requires 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Adequate notice allows us to maximize our time with our patients. If you are ill or otherwise unable to make it into the office, please call ahead so that we can get your appointment re-booked as a telemedicine visit free of charge.
