Unique Care

We offer same day visits for both acute care and more urgent needs as part of our comprehensive, unique, and accessible care. As part of our wrap-around care, we also offer patient portal communication with our providers including prompt responses within 72 business hours.

Acute & After-hours Care

Acute care:

  • Call the clinic at 206-486-8383 or request an appointment via the link below to get scheduled for a same-day, acute appointment. Please note that if you are requesting a same day appointment online, you will only be able to see appointments that are 2 hours or later than the time you are looking (eg. if you look an appointment at 10am you will only see what is available at 12pm or after). Sometimes calling may get you access to a sooner available appointment.

    • Our clinic hours are Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm (closed for lunch 1-2pm), Saturdays 9-2pm

    • Please note, we do NOT have access to or ability to provide xrays, imaging, sutures, splints, or some additional urgent care needs in the office and may need to send you to the emergency room or urgent care site at certain times.

Pediatric concerns:

  • Seattle Children’s has detailed information on their website regarding numerous common childhood health complaints, when to seek care, and whether to consider emergent or urgent care. Click here for more information.

After hours:

  • Call the clinic at 206-486-8383 to be connected with the doctor on call. This after hours call does incur a $75.00 fee that is not billable to insurance.

  • Check to see if your insurance card has a nurse hotline you can contact for help

Additional Requests

Questions & Clarifications Needed:

  • Please message your provider directly via the Charm patient portal if you have questions regarding your medical care, treatment plan, or are otherwise seeking clarification, and allow up to 72 business hours for a response

  • Our administrative staff is NOT able to answer medical questions or questions clarifying your treatment plans, and will encourage you to message your provider directly

Prescription refills:

  • Contact your pharmacy for a refill and allow 72 business hours for these refills to be completed.

  • If you are in need of a more urgent refill, you are encouraged to schedule a visit with one of our providers to place a bridge refill. Alternatively, you can message your provider directly, but this may incur a $45 refill fee.
