Blood Draws & B-12 Shots

*Please note: We offer blood draws and B-12 shots for BOTH established Neighborhood Naturopathic patients & outside/non-established patients. Please see below for further details and contact our office with any questions.

Blood Draws

  • We offer blood draws for both Neighborhood Naturopathic and non-established/outside patients.

  • If you are outside patient, we accept blood draw orders for LabCorp and specialty lab kits. Please bring in the printed requisition, any lab kits, and insurance card for your lab visit.

  • We have on-site phlebotomists that specialize in both pediatric and difficult draws

  • *Please note: There is a $30-40 charge for all blood draws that is not billable to insurance for this service and the fee is variable depending on the complexity of the draw.

B12 Shots

  • We offer B-12 shots for both Neighborhood Naturopathic patients and outside/non-established patients sent by referral. We use the methylcobalamin form of B-12 which, for some people, is easier for the body to utilize.

  • We offer shots up to once monthly without a prescription. Any outside patients requiring more frequent shots can have a faxed prescription from their primary care provider sent directly to our office.

  • *Please note: There is a $30 charge not billable to insurance for this service.
